Milestone Inspections
(Phase 1 & 2)
State Licensed Builder and Inspector
Milestone Inspections are state-required structural evaluations for buildings three stories or higher. They assess the condition of key structural components to ensure long-term safety and compliance with Florida’s SB-4D legislation.
Phase 1
A visual inspection of the building’s structural systems to identify signs of deterioration, cracking, spalling, corrosion, or settlement.
Phase 2
A more detailed assessment required if Phase 1 finds significant concerns. This phase may include core samples, testing, intrusive examinations, and in-depth engineering analysis.
